Keep the two directions clear
An advertiser postback sends a conversion into Everflow. A partner postback sends an attributed conversion from Everflow to your tracking system. They serve different directions in the same measurement flow. Everflow: introduction to partner and advertiser postbacks
Your publisher setup
- Obtain the tracking link for the offer approved for your account. Confirm the allowed destination, traffic source and conversion event.
- In your partner platform, open Postbacks and create the appropriate conversion, event or CPC postback. Choose its scope and delivery method.
- Use your tracker’s receiving endpoint and map the supported macros. For example, Everflow can provide
{transaction_id},{offer_id}and{payout}. Your own tracker’s expected parameter names may differ. - Check delivery reports and debug information. Copied postbacks start inactive; review them before activation.
Everflow: managing postbacks as a partner
Run a coordinated test
Ask Operations to agree the test offer and event. Use test data, record the click and conversion identifiers, and compare the result in both systems. Check offer, event, timestamp and status; do not treat a visible conversion as a promise that it is payable. Avoid repeatedly sending a live conversion while troubleshooting.
If reports disagree
Send Operations the offer reference, test time and relevant identifiers. Confirm the intended event and whether the postback is active. Share redacted logs through the agreed support channel; never include API keys or unnecessary personal data.
